		<description>This certainly proves the old adage about a picture being worth a thousand words. Much more elegant that a list of statistics, it makes the case for humane practices being good for the land as well as the livestock. And, it&#039;s pretty. Now I wish I had one of those coops for my poor scraggly lawn!</description>
